Hagumi Lab is the open notebook of Hagumi Studio. We publish what we learn building and self-hosting the software behind our client work — so the thinking is reusable, the claims are testable, and the next project starts further ahead.
Most studios learn the same lessons twice — once on a client project under deadline, and never again because nobody wrote it down. The Lab is our fix: a public, version-controlled record of the decisions, trade-offs and gotchas behind the work.
